So the other day I decided to go through my albums and see what I had that was unfinished and I found these 4 layouts. I started all these before I bought my Cricut so it was kind of fun to things to them using it. It made completing them super easy. The only one that I didn't use my Cricut on is the first one and I'm not sure I even really finished with it because it still feels like it needs more. Let me know what you think!
These are my 2 best friends and I on New Year's Eve 1999
For the background I stamped the images and then went over parts of them with glitter to make them pop.My second page is my niece Christmas of 2007. I punched the squares from paper from the DCWV Winter Stack and then rounded the corners. The letters from the name were from a stack of pre-cut letters but they did not have matching numbers so I used Plantin Schoolbook for the year
I cover the snowflake brads in glitter to give them a little sparkle. (not that this page needed more)
The third page is again my 2 best friends and I in 2000. This was our last picture together before Roxy (the one in yellow) left us to go into the Army. Little did we know this would be the last picture of us all together until 2007.
I cut the scallops from Storybook and inked the edges to make them match the patterned paper a little better.
The flowers were from Joann's $1 rack and the flourish was cut from Home Decor and then covered in glitter.
And my last page is my niece again on her first birthday. I cut the flowers from a sheet of patterned paper and outline or filled in parts of them with glitter. The font for her name is from Lyrical Letters and the "one" at the bottom is from Graphically Speaking.
